Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the unique and exclusive nature of the artworks:
- Customers are allowed to exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that it is in its original condition, unused, and unopened.
- After this period, no return or exchange requests will be accepted.
To approve a return or exchange request within the 7 days, the following conditions must be met:
- The artwork must be in its original condition, with the original packaging, unused and unopened.
- Provide a photo proving that the artwork has not been opened.
Cases Where Return & Exchange Are Not Accepted
Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Submitting a request after more than 7 days from the date of receipt.
- If the artwork has been damaged, altered, or misused after delivery.
- Custom-made or commissioned artworks.
Refund Process
- If the return or exchange request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.
- The refund will be completed within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable regulations.
Customer Acknowledgment
By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The artwork is a unique piece and cannot be replicated.
- Return or exchange is only available within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- After this period, the purchase becomes final and is not eligible for return or exchange.
