Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the unique and exclusive nature of the artworks:

  • Customers are allowed to exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that it is in its original condition, unused, and unopened. 
  • After this period, no return or exchange requests will be accepted.

To approve a return or exchange request within the 7 days, the following conditions must be met:

  • The artwork must be in its original condition, with the original packaging, unused and unopened.
  • Provide a photo proving that the artwork has not been opened.

Cases Where Return & Exchange Are Not Accepted

Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Submitting a request after more than 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • If the artwork has been damaged, altered, or misused after delivery.
  • Custom-made or commissioned artworks.

Refund Process

  • If the return or exchange request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.
  • The refund will be completed within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable regulations.

Customer Acknowledgment

By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The artwork is a unique piece and cannot be replicated.
  • Return or exchange is only available within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • After this period, the purchase becomes final and is not eligible for return or exchange.
