My approach is thoughtfully designed to understand and translate your vision into a unique, one-of-a-kind painting. Whether you are an individual or representing a company, I follow a structured and collaborative process to ensure the final artwork reflects your expectations.
How to Request a Custom Painting
- Initial Inquiry
To begin, please send a request via email including a brief deion of your desired artwork, preferred size, concept, and any reference materials (if available). - Consultation Meeting
A consultation meeting will be scheduled to discuss your vision in detail. This step is essential to align expectations, artistic direction, and overall atmosphere of the painting. - Agreement & Proposal
Once we mutually agree to proceed, you will receive a formal contract outlining: - Scope of work
- Timeline and deadline
- Price quotation
- Approval & Payment Terms
Work will only commence after: - Contract approval
- Agreement on payment method
Payment is structured as follows:
- 50% advance payment (non-refundable)
- 50% upon completion, prior to shipping
- Sketches & Concept Development
Initial sketches or visual samples will be provided for your review and approval before starting the final painting. - Final Artwork & Delivery
Once the artwork is completed, the remaining balance must be fully settled.
The artwork will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
